Pepper and rice with the yoghurt – that’s nice!

Hello babies! If you want to taste really jaw-dropping dish you have to try this recipe out! Passion Mama was just a refrishing addition 🙂

You need:

  • 2 bags rice
  • 4 spoons vegetable broth
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 3 spoons tomato paste
  • 3 peppers of different colours 🙂
  • 1 spoon bell pepper powder (1 sweet and 1 spicy)
  • mixed herbs – basically as much as you want

For the sauce you need:

  • 300 g natural vegan yoghurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Cook the rice in the vegetable broth. Clean the chilli pepper (remove all the seeds and wash) and cut into slices. Chop the onion and fry on some oil. Use the garlic press to prepare the garlic, add the chilli pepper and tomato paste to the garlic, mix carefully and heat up. Fry chopped pepper and add bell pepper powder, salt and pepper. Mix. Add rice to the dish on the frying pan. Add herbs and mix.

To prepare the sauce take the yoghurt and mix it with salt and pepper 🙂

Vegan cookies: coconut flakes, raisins, almonds, and whatever you wish!

Vegan cookies rule the world! Here, I’d like to share with you what I did and how fantastic it tastes!

For the cookies with cocoa you need:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 90 g sugar beet syrup
  • 60 g sunflower oil
  • 3 spoons of soya flour (mixed with 3 spoons of water)
  • 50 g soya milk
  • 65 g raisins

everything comes together; raisins and oat flakes at the end, do not forget. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes in the oven in the 180 degrees C.

For the cookies in different shapes you need:

  • 200 g baking powder
  • 2 spoons cinnamon powder
  • 8 spoons water
  • 1 spoon lemon juice
  • 150 g chopped almonds
  • 200 g chopped hazel nuts

everything comes together. Bake for 5 – 7 minutes in the 250 degrees C. You can actually form everything you want – it’s all up to your imagination 🙂

For the round cookies with raisins you need:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 1\2 tea spoon baking powder
  • 75 g coconut flakes
  • 125 g raisins

margarine comes with sugar. Then add flour, baking powder and coconut flakes. Mix all. At the end, add raisins. Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.

After 1 hour form cookies and put them on a baking tin. Bake them for 10 – 12 minutes in the 200 degrees C. You can add to the cookies whatever you wish 🙂 Decorations look always cute 😀
