Hello babies! If you want to taste really jaw-dropping dish you have to try this recipe out! Passion Mama was just a refrishing addition 🙂
You need:
- 2 bags rice
- 4 spoons vegetable broth
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chilli pepper
- 3 spoons tomato paste
- 3 peppers of different colours 🙂
- 1 spoon bell pepper powder (1 sweet and 1 spicy)
- mixed herbs – basically as much as you want
For the sauce you need:
- 300 g natural vegan yoghurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Cook the rice in the vegetable broth. Clean the chilli pepper (remove all the seeds and wash) and cut into slices. Chop the onion and fry on some oil. Use the garlic press to prepare the garlic, add the chilli pepper and tomato paste to the garlic, mix carefully and heat up. Fry chopped pepper and add bell pepper powder, salt and pepper. Mix. Add rice to the dish on the frying pan. Add herbs and mix.
To prepare the sauce take the yoghurt and mix it with salt and pepper 🙂
